The parties dispute the deadline for filing dispositive motions in this matter and the resulting hearing date. The Court has reviewed the papers submitted by each party. While each party's interpretation of the Court's modified scheduling order is reasonable, the Court did not intend to alter its standing order requiring counsel to consult with respect to a hearing date and obtain an available date from the Court's judicial assistant, or its normal practice of hearing civil law and motion matters on Friday mornings. Accordingly, Google's motion for summary judgment and its motion for sanctions, both filed on December 26, 2006, will be heard on February 16, 2007. Any opposition must be filed by January 26, 2007. Any reply must be filed by February 2, 2007. IT IS SO ORDERED. DATED: January 5, 2007.
