Subject matter jurisdiction does not exist as to defendants Forgent Networks, Inc. and General Instrument Corporation; the Court dismisses the action against them with prejudice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1). 2. Personal jurisdiction does not exist over any defendant, and the Court dismisses the action with prejudice on that basis under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2). 3. The Court dismisses the dismissed with prejudice in favor of first- filed cases in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
