Plaintiff's Motion to Remand will now be heard on July 29, 2005, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard by the above-entitled Court, in Courtroom 6 of the above entitled Court, located at 280 South 1st Street in the City of San Jose, the Honorable Ronald M.
