William Dresser, one of relator’s former counsel of record, moves for recovery of

attorneys’ fees and costs (Dkt. 392). No later than January 23, 2012, Dresser is directed to

submit for this court’s in camera review unredacted billing statements as to work for which fees

24

are being claimed. Upon submission of those papers, and unless otherwise ordered by the court,

25

the matter will be deemed submitted on the papers. The January 10, 2012 hearing is vacated.
