On March 9, 2006 Defendant Google Inc. ("Google") moved for an administrative order staying these consolidated actions pending the approval of a settlement reached in a parallel proceeding in the Circuit Court for Miller County, Arkansas (the "Arkansas proceeding"). Upon consideration of the arguments of counsel, as well as the relevant papers and pleadings in this action, and good cause appearing therefor, the Court HEREBY ORDERS as follows: 1. The current action will be, and hereby is, stayed with respect to all hearings, discovery and other matters pending final approval of the class settlement in the Arkansas proceeding, or until further order of this Court. 2. All current hearing, briefing, and discovery dates are hereby vacated. 3. Within fifteen days of the hearing on final approval of the settlement in the Arkansas proceeding, Google shall notify the Court of the status of the settlement. IT IS SO ORDERED.
