Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall appear at 10:00 a.m. on July 8, 2008 in courtroom 5 of this court for a hearing regarding the parties' respective proposals for a discovery plan. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, no later than July 2, 2008, each party shall file a brief setting forth what, if any, modifications should be made in this case to the presumptive limits on 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 discovery set forth in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
