On March 29, 2007, Defendant St. Paul Mercury Insurance Company ("Defendant") filed a Motion to Shorten Time to Hear St. Paul's Motion for Leave to Amend Admission.1 Plaintiffs opposed the motion. Based on the motion and the file herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to shorten time is GRANTED, except that Defendant's motion will be heard April 17, 2007,2 Plaintiffs' opposition shall be filed no later than April 12, 2007, and no reply papers may be filed. Although Defendant failed to act with reasonable diligence in filing its motion to amend its response to the request for admission, the court
