Based on the motion and the file herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to shorten time is GRANTED, except that Defendant's motion will be heard April 17, 2007,2 Plaintiffs' opposition shall be filed no later than April 12, 2007, and no reply papers may be filed.
