Having reviewed the papers submitted by the parties, the court finds it appropriate to issue this interim order. Based on the moving, opposition and reply papers submitted, and the District Court's Order of July 16, 2010 (Docket # 251), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that no later than August 17, 2010, the parties shall file a joint 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 supplemental brief addressing the impact of the July 16, 2010 Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel. The supplemental brief shall set forth each request or discrete issue still in dispute, and set forth the parties' current respective positions as to each. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing on Plaintiff's motion to compel is CONTINUED to 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2010.2 Dated: 8/6/10 PATRICIA V.
