Currently scheduled for hearing on August 10, 2010 is Plaintiff's Motion to Compel.1 On July 19, 2010, Plaintiffs filed a Notice of Ruling by District Court Regarding Choice of Law and Related Issues in which they direct this court's attention to an order by District Judge Ware that they note "includes an analysis of choice of law and other issues bearing on the disposition of Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel." Having reviewed the papers submitted by the parties, the court finds it appropriate to issue this interim order. Based on the moving, opposition and reply papers submitted, and the District Court's Order of July 16, 2010 (Docket # 251), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that no later than August 17, 2010, the parties shall file a joint

supplemental brief addressing the impact of the July 16, 2010 Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel. The supplemental brief shall set forth each request or discrete issue still in dispute, and set forth the parties' current respective positions as to each.
