Based on the briefs and arguments presented, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that no later than 9:00 a.m. on October 17, 2006, Plaintiffs shall file declarations with copies of the disputed discovery requests attached. This court's Civil Local Rule 7-5(a) provides: "(a) Affidavit or Declaration Required. Factual contentions made in support of or in opposition to any motion must be supported by an affidavit or declaration and by appropriate references to the record.
