After considering the pleadings and papers filed in connection with the Motion, including the parties' Stipulation to Clarify filed on November 22, 2006 and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Reply to St Paul's Opposition and the Declaration of Leslie A. Pereira with exhibits thereto, all filed on October 12, 2006, shall be sealed in their entirety. The clerk is instructed to place the Reply brief and Declaration with its exhibits from the Court's file and place them under seal. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, notwithstanding this Court's sealing order, Plaintiffs Netscape and AOL shall not be precluded or otherwise barred from re-asserting in subsequent pleadings and proceedings any of the arguments or evidence in the sealed Reply brief, the Declaration, or any of the Reply brief's supporting documentation. IT IS SO ORDERED.
