The Court granted Petitioner's motion for stay his amended petition to exhaust additional claims in the state courts on April 25, 2007. Petitioner was directed to notify the Court within thirty days of the California Supreme Court's decision denying him relief to reopen this action. Petitioner has filed notice that he has exhausted his claims in the state court. (Docket No. 25.) Accordingly, the Court will reopen the instant case. The clerk shall REOPEN the file.
