T h e Court having reviewed the parties' stipulation to modify the briefing and h e a rin g schedule for Plaintiffs' motion for class certification and the accompanying d e c l a ra tio n of counsel, and having found good cause shown, IT IS ORDERED as follows: T h e Court VACATES the current hearing date of May 8, 2009, for Plaintiffs' m o tio n for class certification. The Court sets the following new schedule with respect to P lain tiff s' motion: Plaintiffs' moving papers are to be filed and served no later than April 2 3 , 2009; Defendant's opposition papers are to be filed and served no later than July 22, 2 0 0 9 ; Plaintiffs' reply papers are to be filed and served no later than August 26, 2009; a n d the hearing on Plaintiffs' motion to certify is set for September 18, 2009.
