Having read and considered Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, or in the Alternative to Strike, Carol Loeb Shloss's Amended Complaint, and supporting papers, and having heard and considered arguments of counsel, the Court orders as follows: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Carol Loeb Shloss's Amended Complaint is GRANTED, and Defendants are awarded their reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Therefore, it is further ORDERED that the above-captioned action be dismissed.
