Defendants A. Williams, P. Nickerson, M. Moore, and D. Rocha (Defendants) filed a

19

request for a second extension of time for forty-five-days, up to and including November 17,

20

2011, in which to file a motion for summary judgment or other dispositive motion. The Court has

21

read and considered Defendants’ request and the accompanying declaration of counsel, and finds

22

that good cause exists to grant the request.

23

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Defendants’ request for a second extension of time is

24

GRANTED, and that the time to file Defendants’ motion for summary judgment or other

25

dispositive motion is extended for forty-five-days, up to and including November 17, 2011.

26

Plaintiff’s opposition to the motion for summary judgment or other dispositive motion must be

27

filed with the court and served on Defendants no later than thirty days from the date Defendants’

28

motion is filed. Defendants’ reply brief must be filed and served no later than fifteen days
