On October 12, 2010 the Court denied the petition for writ of habeas corpus filed by Petitioner Randall Scott Cash ("Cash"). Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e), Cash moves to amend the Court's judgment. Respondent Robert Ayers shall file a response to Petitioner's motion on or before November 24, 2010. Petitioner may file a reply, if any, on or before December 1, 2010. The matter thereafter will be taken under submission without oral argument. IT IS SO ORDERED.
