The matter before the Court is ConnectU's Administrative Motion to Seal ConnectU, Inc.'s Administrative Request for Leave to File a Sur-reply (Including Attachments). The Court has considered said motion and, finding good cause, hereby GRANTS ConnectU's Motion to Seal ConnectU, Inc.'s Administrative Request to File a Sur-reply (Including Attachments). Moreover, if the Court grants leave for ConnectU to file its Sur-reply in Opposition to Confidential Motion and the Declarations of Cameron Winklevoss, Donna M. Hitscherich, and Scott R. Mosko, those documents are to be filed under seal. IT IS SO ORDERED
