I hereby certify that on June 14, 2010, I electronically filed the foregoing with the Clerk of Based on the parties' Joint Status Report, the Court finds good cause to VACATE the Claim the Court in compliance with Civil Local Rule 5-5(b) using the CM/ECF system which will send Construction hearing currently set for June 25, 2010.
