Having entered an agreement to settle the above-captioned action, Plaintiff Syscan, Inc. and Defendants Plustek Inc. and Futurewell Holdings Limited. (collectively referred to herein as the "Parties") hereby enter into this Stipulation of Dismissal. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the Parties agree to dismiss the above-captioned action with prejudice.
