At the request of plaintiff and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Case Management Conference in the above-entitled matter currently set for March 5, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. is continued to April 2, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. The parties shall make a determination regarding the issue of consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate Judge and file the appropriate form no later than March 26, 2008. The parties shall file a joint Case Management Conference Statement no later than March 26, 2008.
