The parties to the above-referenced matter, by and through their attorneys of record, hereby stipulate as follows: WHEREAS this lawsuit alleges that plaintiff was unlawfully arrested in the City of Vallejo by Vallejo Police Officers on April 11, 2003; and, WHEREAS the events giving rise to this lawsuit all occurred within the City of Vallejo; and, WHEREAS the City of Vallejo is located in the Eastern District of the United States District Court; and, WHEREAS this lawsuit was erroneously filed in the Northern District of the United States District Court; and,
