Based on the parties' Joint Case Management Conference Statement re: the status of their Pursuant to the Court's October 27, 2009 Order Continuing Status Conferences, the settlement efforts, the Court finds good cause to continue the Conference currently set for February 1, parties hereby submit the following Joint Status Statement.
