The parties request a continuance to facilitate mediation. (Id. at 2.) Upon review of the Stipulation, the Court finds good cause to continue the Case Management Conference. Accordingly, the Court continues the Case Management Conference to November 23, 2009 at 10 a.m. On or before November 13, 2009, the parties shall submit a Joint Case Management Conference Statement. The Joint Statement shall include, among other things, an update on the parties' mediation efforts.
