However, Defendant 20 Edith Sauno ("Sauno") did not. As a result, the court ordered Sauno to show cause why her 21 answer should not be stricken and default entered against her no later than February 25, 2011. 22 To date, Sauno has not responded whatsoever. Accordingly, 23 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Sauno's answers to the first amended complaint and the 24 third party complaint are stricken.
