This stipulation is entered into by and between Plaintiff Landmark Screens, LLC and Defendants Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Thomas D. Kohler as follows: WHEREAS, a Case Management Conference in the above-titled action is currently scheduled for September 10, 2010; WHEREAS, September 10, 2010 falls during the observation of Rosh Hashanah; WHEREAS, to avoid the conflict with Rosh Hashanah and for the convenience of counsel, the parties agree that the Case Management Conference should be continued; WHEREAS, counsel for defendants has confirmed the Court's availability for a Case Management Conference on September 17, 2010;

NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY STIPULATE AND AGREE, through their respective counsel of record, that the Case Management Conference currently scheduled for Friday, September 10, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. shall be continued until Friday, September 17, 2010 at 10:30 a.m.
