WHEREAS Plaintiffs VERIZON CALIFORNIA INC., VERIZON TRADEMARK SERVICES LLC, AND VERIZON LICENSING COMPANY (collectively "Plaintiffs"), despite reasonable diligence, have been unable to effectuate service of process on ONLINENIC INC.
