v.
THIN EDWARD SOU,
15
Defendant/Movant.
16
17
Thin Edward Sou moves pro se for reconsideration or for leave to file a motion for
18
reconsideration of the court's denial of his motion attacking his sentence. Although petitioner was
19
represented at the hearing on his ยง 2255 motion, he has filed the current motion pro se. His apparent
20
reason for filing pro se is that he wanted to insure timeliness of the motion. The court has
21
considered the motion for reconsideration or leave to file a motion for reconsideration and hereby
22
denies the motion.
