L. Daniel Egger hereby stipulates that he does not now and will not in the future assert

any ownership rights in U.S. Patent No. 5,544,352, U.S. Patent No. 5,832,494, and U.S. Patent No. 6,233,571 (the "patents-in-suit"). Egger further stipulates that his only interest related to the patents-in-suit is the potential for receiving additional payments by or on behalf o f Software Rights Archive, LLC, either on a consulting basis in connection with litigation involving the patents-in-suit, or as residual compensation for the sale o f Software Rights Archive, LLC, which depends on the outcome o f litigation involving the patents-in-suit.
