Plaintiffs' counsel will be prepared to file a single consolidated complaint

45 days from the entry of an order concerning the leadership structure of this case. 4. Plaintiffs' counsel met and agreed that the four-firm leadership structure

proposed in this motion would provide the most efficiency and the greatest benefit to Plaintiffs and the class. 5. The proposed organizational structure, comprised of Schubert, Kabateck,

Foote, and Saveri has the unanimous support of Plaintiffs and counsel in all of the known pending actions that comprise this proceeding. 6. Through email correspondence, Google counsel Leo Norton of Cooley
