Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, on August 25, 2009 this action was stayed through January 19, 2010, in light of plaintiff's employment in Iraq. There has been no further activity in this action since expiration of that stay. Accordingly, good cause appearing, within 10 days of the date of this order, plaintiff shall file a declaration or declarations showing cause, if any, why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution.
