("Wal-Mart") filed a motion to file under 18 seal the Declaration of Jessica Stuart Pliner in Support of Defendant's Reply to Motion for a Mental 19 Examination of Plaintiff Nathalie Van ("Van") and all attached exhibits because the documents have 20 been designated as confidential by Van. 21 Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 79-5(d), Van "must file with the Court and serve a declaration 22 establishing that the designated information is sealable, and must lodge and serve a narrowly tailored 23 proposed sealing order, or must withdraw the designation of confidentiality.
