Having reviewed the papers submitted by Plaintiff, the court finds it appropriate to issue this interim order. Based on the moving papers, and the file herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing on Plaintiff's motion for sanctions is scheduled for June 29, 2010. Pursuant to this court's Civil Local Rule 7-2(a), absent a court order shortening time a motion must be served on opposing counsel at least 35 days before the scheduled hearing date.
