("Barco") requests an exemption from this District's ADR Multi-Option Program on the ground that the instant action is both legally and factually complex. Defendants Technology Properties, Ltd., Patriot Scientific Corp., and Alliacense, Ltd. (collectively "TPL") have indicated that they do not oppose Barco's motion. Pursuant to Civ. L.R. 3-5(e)(3), the Court may exempt litigants from the ADR process upon a showing that the process is unlikely to produce benefits in proportion to the required resources that will need to be expended. The Court concludes that Barco has satisfied its burden under Rule 3-5(e)(3).
