Plaintiff, a California prisoner proceeding pro se, filed the instant civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. � 1983 against officials of the Salinas Valley State Prison. On April 29, 2009, the Court dismissed the complaint with leave to amend because plaintiff failed to provide information regarding the exhaustion of administrative remedies. (See Docket No. 8.) Plaintiff was directed to file an amended complaint within thirty days of the order. (Id.) Plaintiff was advised that failure to file an amended complaint in accordance with the Court's order would result in dismissal of this action without further notice to Plaintiff. (Id.) The deadline has since passed, and Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED without prejudice. DATED:
