(Docket No. 47.) Then, on May 3, 2010, plaintiff filed another Motion to Compel Further Responses to Plaintiff's Discovery, setting the hearing for June 8, 2010. (Docket No. 49.) The court finds good cause to hear both of plaintiff's motions to compel on the same day. Accordingly, the hearing on plaintiff's Motion to Compel Production of Documents is CONTINUED to June 8, 2010, to be heard concurrently with his second motion. IT IS SO ORDERED.
