On or about February 11, 2009, GMAC contacted Plaintifs to request an extension of time to respond to the Supenor Court Complaint up to and including February 27,2009. 2 3 4 5 6 C. Later that same day, GMAC leared that the above captioned action had been removed to this Cour from the Santa Clara County Supenor Court Case No. LOSCV13163S. D. On or about February 12, 2009, Plaintiffs' counsel agreed to extend GMAC's time to respond to the Complaint in the instant Court up to and including February 27, 2009. E. On or about February 26,2009, GMAC contacted Plaintiffs to request an extension of time to respond to the Superior Court Complaint up to and including March 3,'2009. F. On or about February 26,2009, Plaintiffs' counel agreed to extend GMAC's time to 7 8 9 10 11 respond to the Complaint in the instant Court up to and including March 3,2009. G.
