Neither Plaintiff nor Defendants, however, appeared at this further case management conference. Accordingly, the Court hereby sets yet another further case management conference, which will take place on September 7, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at the same location as noted above. The Court further ORDERS the parties to show cause at the September 7 case management conference why sanctions should not be imposed for failure to appear at the August 24 case management conference despite being previously ordered to do so.
