In September 2010, this Court stayed this case until February 22, 2011. Docket No. 40. On

that date, none of the parties appeared at a previously-scheduled Further Case Management

Conference. Later, this Court set another Further Case Management Conference for June 28, 2011
20
and ordered the parties to file a Joint Case Management Statement no later than June 21, 2011.

Plaintiff has filed nothing since it moved to the stay the case in 2010. Defendants filed a

Case Management Statement, and their counsel has stated that Plaintiff’s counsel has been
24
unresponsive to his attempts at contact. Docket Nos. 45, 47. In light of these circumstances, the

Further Case Management Conference, currently set for June 28, 2011, is continued to July 26,

2011 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 2, Fifth Floor United States District Court, 280 South First Street,
