Having considered Plaintiff Synthes USA, LLC’s request for permission to bring equipment

into the Courtroom during trial scheduled to begin November 14, 2011, and to set up such equipment

on November 10, 2011 and leave the equipment in the courtroom for use beginning on November

14, 2011, the Court hereby grants Plaintiff’s request.
