Grewal 5, 4th Floor 1 ORDER 2 This matter is before the Court upon the request of Lead Plaintiffs Alameda County 3 Employees’ Retirement Association, Government of Guam Retirement Fund, New Orleans 4 Employees’ Retirement System and Louisiana Sheriffs’ Pension and Relief Fund (collectively, “Lead 5 Plaintiffs”) for leave to file a Statement of Recent Decisions in connection with the Motion to Compel 6 filed by Wells Fargo Defendants [ECF No. 343] and Lead Plaintiffs’ Motion for Protective Order and 7 to Quash Subpoenas [ECF No. 336]. 8 9 10 11 12 Having considered the request of Lead Plaintiffs, and for good cause appearing, Lead Plaintiffs’ request is GRANTED.
