Based on the discussions at the conference, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the presumptive limits on discovery set forth in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure apply to this case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, no later than January 26, 2010, the parties shall file a proposed form of protective order to govern the handling of confidential information produced during discovery in this action.
