Apple Inc.'s Motion to Shorten Time for Its Motion to Strike Paragraphs 26-34 of the Claim Construction Declaration of Robert Dezmelyk came for hearing before the Court. Based on the supporting and opposition papers and the argument of counsel, and good cause appearing therefor, that motion is hereby GRANTED. Elan's opposition brief shall be filed by [June 11, 2010] or [ June 14, 2010]. Apple's reply brief, if any, shall be filed by [June 15, 2010] or [June 17, 2010]. The Motion to Strike will be heard on June 21, 2010 in conjunction with the previously-scheduled claim construction tutorial. IT IS SO ORDERED.
