Richard Seeborg Case No. C-09-01531 RS (PVT) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: (1) At 9:00 a.m. or anytime thereafter on June 21, 2010 plaintiff Elan Microelectronics Corp. and defendant Apple Inc., by and through its counsel of record, may bring into the Federal Courthouse located at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California, and set up in the courtroom of the Honorable Richard Seeborg certain electronic equipment and other materials for use at a Technology Tutorial set for June 21, 2010. (2) At 9:00 a.m. or anytime thereafter on June 23, 2010 plaintiff Elan Microelectronics Corp. and defendant Apple Inc., by and through its counsel of record, may bring into the Federal Courthouse located at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California, and set up in the courtroom of the Honorable Richard Seeborg certain electronic equipment and other materials for use at a Claim Construction Hearing set for June 23, 2010. The equipment and materials to be brought into the courthouse may include network equipment, laptop computers, video cables, video boosters, power strips, extension cords, projector, projection screen, an ELMO document camera, and additional monitors. Court staff, including assistant U.S. Marshals on duty at the time, are directed to allow and to take such steps as reasonably necessary to facilitate the foregoing activity. IT IS SO ORDERED.
