("Apple") requests that, 2 for the reasons stated herein, the Court issue an Order sealing the following documents submitted 3 on May 3, 2011: 4 1. The April 29, 2011 Final Initial and Recommended Determination of the United 5 States International Trade Commission in Investigation No. 337-TA-7 14, attached as Exhibit A to 6 Apple's May 3, 2011 letter to the Court. 7 The April 29, 2011 Final Determination of the United States International Trade 8 Commission includes the confidential business information of both Apple and Elan relating to the 9 operation of Apple's products and to Elan's business practices, and has been designated 10 accordingly by the International Trade Commission. 11 Support of Administrative Motion to File Under Seal The ITC's Initial Determination ¶f 2-3. 12 Apple's request is thus narrowly tailored to seek the sealing of only sealable material. For the 13 foregoing reasons, Apple respectfully requests that the Court grant Apple's Administrative 14 Motion To File Under Seal.
