On September 28, 2012, Plaintiff moved this court for an order shortening time on his
motion for further sanctions. (Dkt. No. 278.) The court grants that motion as follows:

Plaintiff's motion for further sanctions (Dkt. No. 277) shall be heard by the
undersigned at 9:00 a.m. on October 26, 2012;

Objector Christopher Bandas shall file his opposition to plaintiff's motion for further
sanctions, if desired, on or before October 9, 2012; and

IT IS SO ORDERED.
Plaintiff shall reply, if necessary, on or before October 15, 2012.
