Case Number C 09-1910 JF (RS) ORDER1 GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION F R O M ELECTRONIC PUBLIC A C C E S S FEES Plaintiff Chin-Li Mou requests an exemption from the fees imposed by the Electronic Public Access fee schedule adopted by the Judicial Conference of the United States Courts. The Court finds that Mou, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, falls within the class of users listed in the fee schedule as being eligible for an exemption. Additionally, she has demonstrated that an exemption is necessary in order for her to avoid unreasonable burdens and to promote public access to information. Accordingly, Mou shall be exempt from the payment of fees for access via PACER to the electronic case files maintained in this Court, to the extent that such use is incurred in the course of litigation in the above-captioned case, No. CV 09-1910-JF.
