I am a principal in the law firm of Zeldes & Haeggquist LLP, and I am one of the 21 attorneys representing Plaintiffs in this case. 22 2. The parties are currently engaged in mediation in an attempt to settle Plaintiffs' 23 claims. Medication is currently scheduled to proceed on August 31, 2010. 24 25 26 27 28 Dockets.Justia.com 1 3.
