Plaintiffs filed their Complaint on May 06, 2009; The Initial Case Management Conference was held on October 23, 2009; Parties stipulated to participate in mediation; and on October 20, 2009, this Court
referred this case to the court sponsored mediation. 4. 5. 6. The current deadline to complete the mediation has passed. Parties have scheduled a mediation session to be held on July 30, 2010. Due to counsel's traveling schedule, parties are unable to complete the mediation
