Plaintiffs filed their Complaint on May 6, 2009; The Initial Case Management Conference was held on October 23, 2009; Currently, this case is set for trial, if any, on November 1, 2010, with fact

discovery cutoff on June 30, 2010, and expert discovery cutoff on September 15, 2010. 4. Given counsel's trial schedule, parties are unable to schedule all the depositions

before the end of June. As such, parties agree and stipulate to extend the discovery deadline for 4 weeks until July 30, 2010. 5. This brief extension will not affect the other dates, as parties do not anticipate the
