On April 19, 2010, defendant Stephen Mayberg filed supplemental briefing on this issue. Plaintiff David Litmon, Jr., proceeding pro se in this matter, seeks an extension of time to file his response in order to allow him sufficient time to conduct research and prepare a response. The court hereby grants his request. Litmon shall have until May 10, 2010 to file his response on the issue of qualified immunity. v. SANTA CLARA COUNTY, et al., Defendants.
