In light of the parties' stipulation and good cause appearing, the court hereby orders that the Motion for Class Certification will be briefed and heard as follows: 1. Defendants' Opposition to Class Certification will be filed no later than February 11, 2010. 2. Plaintiff's Reply will be filed no later than February 25, 2010. 3. The hearing will be on March 11, 2010 at 1:30 p.m.
